It is the Conservation Director in each state who is charged with the responsibility of being aware of the environmental issues that daily face every local community. The impact of these issues as they relate to anglers within the state, and neighboring states, is the primary concern of each director. They are the instigators of grassroots involvement from outdoors people everywhere, whenever the cause needs to be furthered.
Whether a local issue or a national problem, the Conservation Director is there to watch for problems that could, or do, impact local fisheries.
